These five stars are for Ernastina Archur. Having problems. Love the fact she knos more about medicine than my primary. Unbeleivable. This lady knows more about medicine than my own primary. Run from this place as fast as you can. Go to you primary, if you have one. I was going to finish my business and walk away without saying a word. Their social worker, Mr. Michael Meade was on Linkedin over the holiday . His post stated he was looking for employment. Just a heads up, take a family member in the room for your own protection. Do yourself a favor and investigate your civil rights. You do have them. Let this be a learning lesson, Michael, emotional people are not stupid.
The rating is solely based upon incompetence of their billing department They owed me money for overpayment, never received it. I provided every EOB and every receipt of payment yet they still can’t figure it out. It’s now been over 5 months of waiting for someone to get back to me. Now they’re billing my insurance as out-of-network. They need to get their act together.
Been calling Lines don't work nor has the process
Everyone that works here seems to have an attitude. They do not have sympathy or empathy for the patients. If your therapist suddenly no longer works here, no one will tell you! If you run out of a prescription, you have to have an appointment for refills. Which can be a week or 2 out! Even if you HAVE to have the meds everyday or you will go insane. They do not care.
