Lived here for many years and and mother still lives here. We never had a problem when I lived there. As I know she still has not had a problem. Always very good customer service and friendly. I do definitely think that for the people who have lived there for years. Always taken care of the place went above and beyond to take care/keep the place/building look nice by like cleaning the outdoors walls because they were never washed or soemthing. should definitely get some type of "reward" or consider some benefits. The people here were helpful and were very good about responding to emails. The unit looks very comfortable, and being handicapped I was able to get a unit without stairs, which are difficult for me as I use a cane and and a shower as bathtubs are a hazard for me. It was a pleasure working with them.

The management team has been negligent in their responsibilities, as there was a deceased resident in one of the townhomes for three days without any prior notification to new renters. Their condescending and predatory behavior is unacceptable and must be addressed immediately.
