The apartments are very spacious, the rent is very reasonable,and it's one of the safest places I've ever lived. We live here in Legacy Springs apartment in five years. That is very awesome, nice, and so sweet. There was no problem and ever work out that we have been appropriate like home and love it. We opinion that our lord land manger is very nice-friendly and little strict so not bad. We’ll support it’s befit for apartment.
Legacy Springs Apartments have spacious apartments at affordable prices. A safe, comfortable place to live in a convenient location. I especially love the pool and hot tub.
For the most part they are really good, unfortunately we have had a terrible experience with them ignoring our emails, especially concerning people breaking the rules about smoking
It's funny to me how people complain. No place is perfect. Even if you own your own home it can have it's down falls. As far as apartment living goes.....I enjoy living here. The neighbors for the most part are friendly, management and the office staff have always been polite, and the maintenance staff does their best to keep things done. I always get a smile and hello from all of the staff and that is great. I would reccomend someone to live here. For apt living I think it is great.
I've lived at Legacy Springs for almost 3 years... I have nothing but GOOD experiences. Staffs are very NICE, FRIENDLY & COURTEOUS! Thank you Legacy Springs for making me feel at home away from home!!
