Having bought 3 houses and sold 2 in my life Nicole and her team are by far the best I have worked with. Between the pro-active communication, timely updates, and professional interactions I couldn't think of a way they could improve if I tried. 11/10 would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
Tiffany was great to work with. She was always very responsive to my texts and emails. And she also really seemed like she knew what she was doing when sending in offers and during negotiations. Couldn't be more happy with her as a realtor. Haley was also really great once we went under contract. She was extremely organized and was able to coordinate everything extremely well. They worked together really well and gave me a lot of good advice and tips during the home buying process.
You don’t really need a realtor until you NEED one, and when that happens, you’re going to want Nicole Marburger. When things with the buyer started to go off the rails the night before closing, Nicole handled it expertly and managed the situation to the best possible outcome for us. She kept us in the loop at every step, and we felt completely supported by her. She and her team made the selling process feel easy, I can't recommend them enough!
