Every single interaction, with every person in this office is awesome. From the phone call to seeing Dr Oz in the chair. I’ve been a patient for 10 years and the care is always top notch.
The lady who cleans my teeth does a great job and always explains everything. She is always welcoming and makes you comfortable. The dentist is also great as well. My only complaint is the late cancellation policy. The day of my last scheduled appointment my daughter got sick an hour before my appointment. I called and explained the situation (she was contagious and I didn't want to bring her in to possibly get others sick). In that case, reasonable exceptions should be made.
