We booked an inspection appointment after our offer was accepted. Our angent recommended inspector haithem and he did not disappoint. He arrived to the house before we did. He was very thorough with his work, very friendly and he answered our questions very clearly. I hired Legacy Property Inspection for a home inspection, and I am extremely disappointed with their ethics. My report was clearly labeled CONFIDENTIAL and states it is for the exclusive use of the client. Despite this, the inspector went ahead and sent my full inspection report directly to the seller’s agent — without my knowledge or authorization.
