We were very impressed with the kindness & tenderness we rec'd from Marcus. Even though I called & woke him up at 4:30am he was extremely nice. Loosing our baby girl has been very hard & heartbreaking for us. We ordered the urn with dashchund on top that looks just like our girl on Tuesday & it came in Friday. The pics dont do it justice. Thanks sooooo much for your kindness & compassion in our time of need. Highly recommend you guys to anyone. God Bless yall!

Mere words can not express how grateful I am for the kindness, compassion and professionalism shown to us during this time. We were extremely heartbroken by the loss of our fur baby and Alton helped walk us through. From arranging pick up to returning our boy home every step of the way was a little less painful thanks to him. I highly recommend Legacy Pets of Charleston. Thank you for everything.

Thank you so much for treating my Lincoln with dignity and respect! I felt so much better knowing Lincoln was in your hands. It's never easy having to say goodbye to your bestfriend, but I wasn't alone with Legacy Pet Cremation. They are understanding and very caring.

They made the pain of my loss far more bearable by treating my princess with the respect she deserved. She never cared for other animals, and knowing she was the only one in the crematory was only fitting. They made a wonderful paw impression for me, and I could tell it was hers because the ink from the stamp pad I tried at home was on the ceramic ornament. Mark and his staff go above and beyond. After losing our Khali tragically, they made the cremation process as painless as possible. I will forever be thankful for their professionalism and compassion. I've worked in many shelters and vet hospitals and I'll just say that the large majority of pet cremation services don't hold a candle to Legacy.

When we said goodbye to our beloved 15 year old Gibson, Legacy Pet Cremation was truly a blessing for our family. Alton and the other staff members were not just professional and expeditious, they were compassionate, empathetic, and kind.
