Wonderful company to work with. Very compassionate and thoughtful during a very trying time when my mind was anywhere but on handling business. While dealing with the final moments with our beloved Babe, there was no pressure to purchase anything beyond what I had already committed to and they were tremendously understanding and accommodating with the extended timeline due to emergency delays at the vet clinic. They displayed such compassion when I arrived with my dear Buttons. They took their time, didn’t attempt to upsell their products, and was very attentive with my wish for upgraded urn for Buttons. The complete customer service experience was caring and thoughtful. I found out on my return to work that, my good friend n co-worker also used them when Baby passed and we choose the same urn. The compassion, respect and care they treated Buttons with spoke volumes to me.
At a time when I felt such loss at dealing with the passing of my 18 year old Missy they were very supportive and kind. the information they shared both on the phone and in person helped me deal with issues that made this process less painful. Would suggest they be a first call or contact when the time is needed to have respective care as the last loving act you give your loved pet....Thank you.
Our vet referred us to Legacy immediately following the death of our dog. We found them to be very accommodating and compassionate during this time. We would recommend them to anyone else who finds themselves in these heartbreaking circumstances.
Where to begin!!!! Marcus meet us after hours to receive or beloved Lola. The facility is amazing. We carried here to the cremation room and he explained everything to us. He says she would the ONLY one in the chamber - that’s the way he does business! He stayed afterward and cremated her before he went back home. I picked her up the next morning! What a wonderful place for animals last call. Such professionalism!!
