Legacy was awesome when we lost Jake. I was able to set everything up in advance so that my wife and I didn’t have to worry about a thing when Jake was put to rest. Thank you all for making things so easy during a devastating time.

Marc and Rick were exceedingly kind and understanding to us after we lost our precious 14-year-old golden retriever, Skipper. We were devastated and in such pain and they went out of their way to make sure we understood our options and our needs were met. We got our boy back in one day and were assured of a private cremation and that what we received was all Skipper. We highly recommend Legacy Pets.

I’ve had my pets cremated in other facilities. None of them compared to the professionalism of Legacy. They even came in for me on a Sunday when they normally don’t have hours because I was so upset. I recommend them highly.

We lost our sweet dog Remmy, very unexpectedly at home. We called and Mark was at our house within a half an hour. He was so kind, gentle and comforting during our time of grief. The cremation was taken care of the same day. So thankful for Legacy Pets. You made this difficult time so much easier. Thank you all �

Drew was so kind and clearly understood the pain I was in. When asking about our wishes he was so patient with me as I was emotional and I am sure not even speaking in complete sentences. Arthurs remains along with a footprint were delivered to our vet, per my desire, later that day. He expressed my thoughts perfectly about wanting to have our sweet boy home as quickly as possible.

My 12 yo old Poodle Precious died in my arms Tuesday night. Next morning at 8:30 our Vet recommended Legacy Pets of Charleston. By 1 pm Precious was back home! Kate, Drew, and Alton are truly Angels on Earth. They all helped me by going over and beyond. If this is how caring and compassionate they are with pets then our humans are in great hands!
