This complex has become a "dump" to live in. We lived there for almost 4 years, and witnessed a total turn-around in how the property was maintained. We reported that there was mold building up around the vents and bathtub and our request were either close with out being resolved or they were ignored. I wish I would have read the reviews on BBB even though I read the reviews on Google as skeptical as I was I went ahead and applied to live at Legacy of Cedar Hill on 4/13 only to have one of the worst experiences ever from an apartment complex. I applied on 4/13, received a congratulations email on 4/19 from the leasing agent to inform me that I was fully approved, $150 earnest money was taken out of my account on 4/19. DO NOT APPLY HERE, THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE APPROVED BEFORE EVEN KNOWING SO JUST TO HAVE YOU PAY THE APPLICATION FEE TO KEEP IT AND I KEPT CALLING TO FIND OUT MY STATUS AND IT TOOK THEM A WEEK. Just like living in your home with a back yard...Stays Clean the property does. Love it....
i I love these apartments. They are huge and updated. I have great neighbors. No one is ever hanging outside late and the kids go inside when the sun goes down. Lashannon is the best person there. She knows all residents and make you feel at ease. She makes sure to follow up with you and make sure all work orders are done. She is always smiling and friendly.
