Worst experience for the past 10 years, their scheduling system is all over the place, people who come in for appts have to wait more then two hours to be taken in, people who come in for walk in, have to wait 6+ hours. Why waste the whole day at the doctor’s office. The staff (receptionist) don’t know what they are doing and have zero knowledge for the booking system. They don’t keep their word. Honestly the worst doctors office! But hands down the best FAMILY DOCTOR! But everything needs to be fixed here !
Dr Raman lambodharan and Dr Aruna including their staffs are really working Hard to treat to patients. Taking time to understand patients, both Doctors are really very intelligent , me and my are with him from 2004 .

What’s the point of giving an appointment time when you’re always seen 2hrs past the time they give you. You have to take an entire day off to be seen for 15mintues, how are these people still in business. I feel bad for the srilankan elderly that wait here.
