1. Upon move-in we asked for a copy of our lease, either paper or emailed. We asked several times, we called & emailed, no one responded for almost a YEAR! We didn't receive a copy of the lease for ELEVEN MONTHS! 2. Upon giving our notice that we will be moving out, along with the pro-rated amount which we would owe. Upon move-out I had called many times to get my deposit back, they kept telling me we will look into it and call you back, they never did. I had to keep calling them. Finally, I got someone to talk to me about my deposit but then they said that I owed money. $99 carpet cleaning fee, $90 cleaning fee, $80 for maintenance repairs and supplies. Do not rent from Legacy Management Group LLC. They are unprofessional, won't return your calls. One of their complexes at whispering willows is infested with bed bugs, 3 days after move in I got what I thought was hives after 3 Drs. visits turns out they were bed bugs! They still make you pay $1,100 fee to get off lease and move. No genuine remorsefulness from their office or extra help besides a discounted next months rent and a affordable pest control (not very professional like terminix) come out and do some chemical spra... read more
