They managed our HOA beautifully when they were hired more than 4 years ago. After the second year, their service was fading to the point they didn’t meet the SLA, that is, minimum level of service per contract. Didn’t reply calls, emails, or just maintaining our property. Continuous excuses were given. Very disappointing both Janet and the CEO, Morgan; despite claiming them to meet our contract terms, they ignored the Board. Don’t fall in the trap; they will disappoint you too sooner than later.
