Just finished up PT for my shoulder at Legacy Lyfe. The staff is both friendly, attentive and professional. In the two months I worked with them, I saw much improvement. After I was in a car accident, I went to legacy life and they were amazing! They made the process so easy especially with all of the paperwork required with an auto claim. They also were so accommodating with scheduling my appointments due to my busy and irregular work schedule. Dr. Abbie and Dr. Dalton were my chiropractors. They were so great. I’ve now seen 3 different people over the last 2 years and all 3 were amazing. The therapy and adjustment was phenomenal, but most importantly I appreciate the time they take to help teach you why you have pain and how to relieve it at home with stretch and exercise.
