This company is a scam from the people that show the house all the way to the people that collect the monthly payments. The same thing I keep hearing from them when something happens is that the previous person you were talking to or that made a mistake or promised something is no longer working there so you are out of luck.

In May 2022, I left a deposit of $13,400 for two new Legacy houses. They were supposed to go into production at the beginning of August. The construction date kept getting pushed back. When they moved the supposed production date to November 7th, I told them to forget it. Cancel the order and send me the deposit. They cancelled the order. But, they kept my money. Knowingly build and sell substandard tiny homes, don't stand by warranty.
I purchased a Legacy Home from *************** in ******* *****. It was the worst decision for my family. They lie (except ***********************) and tell you they will fix all the problems. Once they sell the home they are done. They stopped selling Legacy Homes and can't parts without having to pay shipping. The owners wife told herself "THAT IS JUST TO EXPENSIVE." I have emails that Advantage sent to Legacy where ***** has asked for help and NO ONE ANSWERS. I have called and called and NO ONE RETURNS CALLS FROM LEGACY. ... read more
We purchased a used home in one of their parks, through a private realty company and the finances were transferred instantly. After being there for about three years, we decided it wasn't for us and decided to sell. Legacy said we could only sell through them. We did, and it sold, sort of. The new owners paid Legacy the money for the home instead of us, which Legacy has been holding, supposedly going over the sales agreement now for 15 days, and still NO MONEY! I can't by anyway recommend one of their properties to ANYONE.
A house was bought and put on land, which was then sold to us. The house is a Legacy Housing home and when we moved in (roughly 4 months after it was put on the land) we were the first to live in the house. There were several things wrong: 1. flooring not properly installed/glued down and was shifting and moving as we walked over it. 2. walls so thin you could stand outside the home and hear a conversation clearly on the inside (no windows open) and 3. crossovers in the house were missing. If I could give no stars I would, I order a house and the lay out was perfect the colors are all wrong, nothing I chose. I have *********************************************** right trimming inside ENTIRE house falling off doors not closing floors bubbling all throughout the house. The ac/heater vents were not connected to the entire front of my house! Before writing a review on the ********************** I have tried to work things out with Legacy Housing Corporation to no avail. I placed an order in February of 2021 for 6 mobile homes after *********************, an unscrupulous salesperson, promised that we would receive the homes no later than July or August of 2021. Despite knowing that this was impossible due to existing supply chain constraints, **** reassured us that he would be able to deliver on the homes and asked us for a $6,000 ($1,000 per home) in order to be... read more
