I bought my house in 2020. I have been having issues with it every since I bought it. The back door would never lock. The air conditioning went out in a year in a half. Find out that it wasn't new and was the wrong size for my house. I have holds in my floor through out the house. Call my insurance company out to inspect the house. They said it was the manufacturer fraud. Front door is rotten out. My house was supposed to be brand new. How do a new house go down in four years. Is Federal Investors/Legacy Housing a true business? I can never get a hold of the person I need to talk to when I call and their website never loads. I keep getting a 504 error (every time). I filed a claim on my mobile home due to flash flooding through the insurance company that I personally pay for (not taken out with payment). The insurance company sent out an evaluator, who estimated the damage at $*****. OMG, we bought our legacy home 2 years ago and to this day we still have not had our issues resolved. Forget the walk thru when house was delivered. After seller did walk thru long list and legacy not coming out the seller kept telling us they have to fix problems. Well after complaining seller told me oh legacy doesnt repair cosmetic issues. Ceiling wasnt painted properly, toilets running, nails visible all thru out home, shower leaking onto bathroom floor, glued in Formica coming off cabinets, paint touch up needed outside... read more

Absolutely the most shifty group of individuals ever. Literally told me they were too good to come see the danage that needs fixed and we haven't even moved in to our home after 7 payments!!!! We're just supposed to settle. Lazy, unjust, and cateless.

Terrible company. Will not do warranty repairs. Can't get a response from company. The dealership I bought from also has issues getting things done. Homes are put together very shabby. They don't deserve any stars.

I have read through these other reviews and am not surprised by the horrible experiences. They dont treat their employees any better! They cheat them out of sales commissions and time worked. Basically they are a business without a moral compass!

The worst built home! We are missing cabinets, appliances, two non working air conditioners. Takes on a tons of water, see daylight through the two mobiles. Missing walls, no tytek under siding. Windows smoked. Siding is not in line. The list goes on! Bought from ****************! They are equally as bad. I am waiting to pay the last deposit so they will drop material. They take your money make promises they dont keep!

This company is a scam from the people that show the house all the way to the people that collect the monthly payments. The same thing I keep hearing from them when something happens is that the previous person you were talking to or that made a mistake or promised something is no longer working there so you are out of luck.
