I used this service to assist when mother in law, who is in an assisted living facility, has dr appts. She is in a wheel chair and needs assistance when she goes to restroom. She had a appt a couple of weeks ago and the aid arrived timely. Unfortunately the asst living facility did not, so I had to reschedule appt. I notified Legacy about what happened and of the new appt date. I knew that I would still pay the minimum fee of $90 to Legacy for the aid, however, Legacy deducted $127 from my checking account.
