carpet delivered 4/29 and waited for Stainmaster Berber expert to installed 5/24 called during job as it was being installed wrong(expert?)found out its his first job at legacy. told just make a note of it. Lowes should fire Legacy for our carpet installation issues. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! Lowe’s contracts with this company who after weeks of waiting sent an inexperienced crew who did not install my laminate flooring to specifications. My Pergo waterproof flooring was installed without a silicone seal even after I told them to apply the backer rod and silicone. Two of the workers appeared to be teenagers complete with pants hanging below their butts. English was not understood. The quarter round is a disaster. Just tried to schedule an install of carpet over 2 bedrooms that have hardwood floors. Was told the Legacy WOULD NOT install over an existing floor. They had to remove the floor and put down a subfloor - for an additional $782.00 .. This has to be the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of in my life. Why Lowe's would contract with a company like this is a shock. Tomorrow I'm talking with Corporate and encourage them to trash this company QUICK - they are losing business because of this.
