I bought ceramic tile from Lowes in Sanford, NC and had Legacy install it. I cannot be happier with my floors. I am having them come back to install my new hardwood floors. They also installed my new baseboards, Remove and reset all 3 toilets and cleaned up afterwards. Jay and his crew are to be commended on a job perfectly done.

David and his crew were fantastic! I can not think of anything they could have done better and highly recommend them. They worked 12 hours with no lunch break. In fact, everything went great from ordering the carpet at Lowes to the final installation. Legacy does all Lowes carpet installations and they were wonderful! Legacy is the worst people to business with. The installer are un experience and unprofessional. I'm like the other reviewers. The installers don't call or show up. Know one answers the calls. Don't do business with Lowes or legacy flooring.

Legacy Flooring did a poor job on my kitchen backsplash. They grouted where it should have been caulked (between the tile and cabinet and counter tops.) Instead of using caulk which is the right thing to do because grout will crack and fall out and cause moisture to infiltrate the walls causing mold or destroying my kitchen backsplash and caulk would provide a lasting waterproof seal. THE INSTALLERS SMOKED IN OUR HOME DURING INSTALLATION!!!! They are difficult to contact. We called about 7 times and got 1 call back despite having questions. The installation was for our rental home 7 hours from our primary residence. 16 hours prior to installation it gets delayed. Our realtor had schedule her vacation around the install date, and could no longer let them in. We were rescheduled for a 12-2pm arrival. Legacy came to remove this mess up carpet install over a month ago, but forgot to take the pad and tac strips as they where incorrectly installed....really Legacy wheres my 1860.00 you now owe me.....? RIP OFF 2 months of excuses Stand up and do the right thing, or go out of business....maybe go learn how to install flooring....first. MAD MAD no response from Legacy Corp. for my headache..LOOK at the newest Pictures.

Experience: Retired business owner, Property manager, Commercial Aquatic Construction Supervisor and USN veteran. Legacy did such a bad job handling this install, total incompetence, failed to follow manufactures installation procedures, not returning calls, Good thing after a month begging for a response and to take responsibility they are coming to remove the 600 sq ft of carpet. Professionalism is beyond poor, and Legacy mission statement is nothing more than hype.

$1859.82 carpet delivered 4/29 and waited for Stainmaster Berber expert to installed 5/24 called during job as it was being installed wrong(expert?)found out its his first job at legacy. told just make a note of it. Lowes should fire Legacy for our carpet installation issues. Legacy has done everything not to take responsibility for its horrible work. called for a week demanded someone look at this job, guy shows up 5/29 sat night 5:30 to fix said cant, need new carpet ,and tack asked for our money back 6/1 Legacy and Lowes... read more
