I have been with this practice for 7+ years. From my first visit, I knew this practice was different than any other dental office I had been at. The kindness and professionalism of the Office is unlike anywhere. Dr. McConnell is so compassionate, explains everything before any procedures. It is the only dentist that I've ever gone to where I never have sweaty palms, but look forward to seeing Taylor, Traci, Raida & Dr. McConnell. You should remove the chairs from the waiting area. Typically by the time I sit down you are ready to call me back. This has even happened when I arrived early. Very different than any other office I have been in where you wait for ever to be seen.
