From the gentle cleanings from Taylor, to the implant visits with Tracy and the Doc, to billing and appointments with Raida, everything is explained and easily understood. I have even started to get cleanings every 6 months now. I can't say enough about Dr. McConnell and his staff. They are fantastic!
