In and out in 20 minutes, Dr had a great bedside manner, especially nice when it was our 5yr old daughter who was sick.
Staff is absolutely amazing. My son tore the skin of his index finger and they got him in the back so quickly that we literally never sat down. With in 10 minutes administer pain medication as well as A shot to numb the finger. Doctor on duty was very knowledgeable as well as the entire staff. Cannot say enough and will definitelygo there for my next emergency and or urgent care
LegacyER in Frisco on Legacy Drive where wonderful.i went to the one in Allen they couldn't do the job. I was sent to the one in Frisco. They where wonderful very kind did everything in their power to help me. Special Thanks to Richard Hatch!!!!!!! He was really really nice i enjoyed being under his care. If ever nurse was like him the medical staff everywhere would be in good hands. Thank you Thank you Frisco LegacyER!!!!!!!! My second time going their since 2013. Both times Mr Hatch was their. I give them a 100+.
