Friendly, helpful, and answered my many questions
had an incredible experience at Legacy Dental. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming, and the assistants were fantastic. The doctor was amazing, and even the manager was kind and didn’t try to push any treatments onto me. I highly recommend this place! Absolutely MIND BLOWING
Worst experience ever. Appointment was at 4pm, checked in before the time and didn’t get called in for X-ray until 4:17pm. Did that within 5mins and was put in a room, after like 20mins, the dentist showed up, talked about his recommendations and proceeded to his cleaning. Then went out and the dental assistant was supposed to come talk to me about the recommendations, she came like 15mins after and I declined all and just wanted to get my cleanings done cos i definitely do not need fillings or anything. I've elected Legacy Dental as my dental care provider for the past two years. The staff and doctors are always courteous. When going in for evaluation or dental work, the doctor always explain what need to be done and why, showing the detail on the x-rays. Also, they are professional, they do not overcharge and only perform the work that needs to be done. In two years, all my interactions were very good.
