My visit was by far the best Dental experience in all of my 64 years of life. I give them a ten with service, treatment, kindness and most of all I truly felt like family. If you need a dentist or want excellent service I recommend you go to Legacy Dental. It would be the best decision you ever make. You won't leave there with questions because they make sure you have the answers for the examination all the way to the financial. They are very reasonable in that area as well. I had a crown that was too high for my bite and starting to hurt. I was able to get a same day appointment for an hour after I called, and then Dr. Pan worked his magic. The crown wasn't put on by Legacy, but they still helped me to get it corrected - and within minutes! Dr. Pan also explained to me how they use carbon paper to determine your bite, so he was certain I wasn't hitting the tooth wrong anymore. It's been a couple days, and no more tooth pain! Sooooo thankful to have this fixed!
This place will take your money do services than come back and tell u that you owe more money. I didnt want to proceed with a procedure so they kept my 400 plus dollars and want refund them. Because they startes the procedure and i didnt want to pay an additional fee, after they quoted me and i paid what they asked ..They are also doing my sister the same way. Bill her for servuce done back in 2024.stated they sent her and myself statements via text we never received them . How can 2 ppl never receive these electronic statem... read more
