If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The main male destist who is qualified to work with children was rude, far from patient and unprofessionall. He was not gental with my 6 year old He did not have a kid friendly tone or choice of words. My child has never been afraid of the dentist till services was received from that man. I dont recommend sending children 10 and under here. I’ve seen Dr. Michael Heffelfinger at both Legacy Dental of East Dallas and Legacy Dental of Soto, and he’s consistently delivered where others haven’t. This use to be a good office last year! Not sure what happened but the receptionist is rude the Hispanic lady the assist wasn’t much better I will not be going back there again! Time to find a new dentist
