Love the pediatric rooms and April Toyer! However, the children's waiting room was dirty and the toys had no batteries. The carpet in the children's waiting room definitely needed a steam cleaning. There was also spilt apple juice.

Also we have met with our front desk to regularly change batteries and help monitor small children with juice boxes and clean spills that might occur throughout the day before the cleaning crew comes at night. I really loved the office space and the staff. The dental assistant that cleaned my sons teeth was very nice and very patient. My son has some issues with doctors and dentists and is very easily upset when he is not sure what is going on. Amber the dental hygentist was very good with my son and explained everything before she did it. Dr.Toyer was wonderful, she talked to my son and explained things and then took me aside to explain exactly what needed to be done to take care of the issues that needed fixed. The support personnel were friendly, professional, and helpful. There was almost no wait time before getting service and the reception area was neat and well appointed. The dentist was polite, and he gave me a thorough explanation of my dental health. I look forward to my second appointment.
Experience was great! Dr.toyer was great. Very informative as to what my kids needed to have healthier teeth, front desk were amazing ! Dental assistant were amazing as well. And the scheduling process was great. Thanks to April! I would refer lifetime dental!!!!

The clinic is very pleasant with the latest tools and services. The Dentist was very professional, reassuring and competent, the assistants were patient and friendly which made me feel at ease. I was informed of my dental status and the treatment plan was explained to me including the different options and the best choice. I felt very valued as a patient

We came to Lifetime Dental Care as a family of four. The front office staff was great. We didn't wait long. All the insurance information was in order. The dental assistants were very friendly and informative. Dr. April Toyer was great! She was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. We didn't want to leave.
I have never had a better experience at a dentist prior to finding Lifetime Dental Care PLLC in Woodbridge, VA. All the staff members are friendly and the Doctors discuss things with me in layman’s terms so I understand what needs to be done. The office staff is always friendly, nice and always greets me by my name upon entering. I am very happy with the service I receive and proudly recommend Lifetime Dental Care PLLC (and they are great with children). Vera
