Do you enjoy landscaping that looks like it was pulled straight from The Walking Dead? I can't recall the last time I actually saw landscapers onsite. As you can probably tell from the Vietnam-like jungle and the browning pine needles covering all the grass and sidewalk. Love dodging cockroaches so large they could star in Joe's Apartment? WARNING - THIS COMPLEX IS NOT SAFE AND WILL NOT REPORT CRIMES TO YOU! Earlier this month 3 masked men attempted to knock down a residents door. WE WERE NOT NOTIFIED UNTIL WEEKS LATER. In addition to that there was a murder at this apartment in 2015! Never told by staff (don’t even know if they have to) but very creeped out!! on top of this complex having so many issues i do NOT recommend. you will not be safe here and you will not even get access to the amenities you paid for.
AVOID AVOID AVOID! I moved here with my wife and 1 month old baby from another state on Friday, Oct 18. Application process was smooth, and it was all great until I landed at this place. I reached here 12 days after my lease start date and followed up at least 10 times before coming here to ensure that apartment is move-in ready and all the issues were taken care, so they had enough time for all this..
