AVOID AVOID AVOID! I moved here with my wife and 1 month old baby from another state on Friday, Oct 18. Application process was smooth, and it was all great until I landed at this place. I reached here 12 days after my lease start date and followed up at least 10 times before coming here to ensure that apartment is move-in ready and all the issues were taken care, so they had enough time for all this.. WARNING - there was a murder at this apartment in 2015! Never told by staff (don’t even know if they have to) but very creeped out!! on top of this complex having so many issues i do NOT recommend
I have been living here for 2 months now. It’s a quiet complex so far. The staff is friendly, maintenance comes a fix things in a timely manner. My only complaints I have is one, I think visitors should have their own parking area, I shouldn’t have to park way across the complex for a park and I’m paying to live here. My other complaint would be, If the spiders are paying rent here cause it’s sooo many spider webs around the place. I don’t think the pest control man sprays around all the buildings maybe just the leasing offi... read more
