LOL, the staff are so friendly, I’m not sure if it’s because I’m tall and handsome but they always have the brightest smiles! RecommendedMy husband and I are relocating to the area for work, and we visited this apartment complex. The manager, Sabrina, was extremely helpful and courteous. We recommend anyone looking for a place to stop by.
My family lived here for 3 years. We had few problems while living there, but have had nothing but issues since moving out. We received our final rental invoice and the amount was about half of what we were expecting. We went to the leasing office and talked to the property manager asking if it was accurate. We were assured it was right and that’s all we needed to pay. We verified several times that we wouldn’t be told later that we owed more for rent. My husband and I are new tenants here and we love it! I toured 25 apartments in my search and The Park at City Center made the biggest impression. It is definitely the most expensive out of all the apartments I have seen, but it was worth moving our budget around a little to make it work. The staff here is the best and the apartment complex is always clean and makes me feel like I live in a little resort. Highly recommend at least checking it out!
For whats around it's very poor. Management is awful and doesn't know much. Moving out fees will drown you. Do not live here. Final warning.
Is a very nice aptms. I enjoy staying here it has a very friendly cast and clean environment.
We just signed another lease with them! The staff is wonderful, and the maintenance team keeps everything looking amazing. We love to call it home here
