AVOID! APARTMENT MGR ADMITTED THEY SKIRT UTAH LAWS TO CHARGE MORE FEES! AMC PROPERTIES ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY BASED ON THEIR MANY LAWSUITS. Utah law says it's illegal to take money from a deposit to pay for cleaning/wear and tear damages. So AMC owned complexes don't charge a deposit, and then directly charge for cleaning/wear and tear damages when you leave.
