April was awesome to work with! She marked up the roof and took care of everything with insurance. She was able to get it totaled which was not a guarantee and we are so grateful for that. The crew did a great job too and they cleaned up afterward. They actually left our yard looking better than when they arrived. Highly recommend
I had an appointment on a Friday at 4 pm for Miguel to come look and give me an estimate on my roof. A storm hit about 3:30 and he called saying he could not come which of course I understood. He said can you do tomorrow (Saturday) same time? I said sure that’s fine. I planned my entire day around being home at that time again and he did a “no show”. No phone call, nothing! We could not be happier with the way April Stephens, and Legacy Construction & Remodeling took care of us. Our home looks so much better with the new roof. April and her crew did an amazing job. Having to get a new roof because of storm damage can be pretty stressful, but from beginning to end, April handled everything working directly with our insurance adjuster, it was a very easy process.
