Used this company in 2020 was very happy with our Roof. Got hit with 2026 hail storm end of May. Reached out to Legacy to do roof again. Jennifer worked with us getting every bit of money from our insurance company even notifying them 2more times that insurance pricing was short. Our out of pocket cost was low compared to what it could have been. We had them come out and im so glad we did the work was fast and beautifully done! Communication was always great! The roofers did a great job at cleaning the yard after work was finished, as I have littles this means alot! Nothing but good reviews for this company!
TLDR Version: We couldn't be happier with our decision to use these guys for our home repairs. They were thorough and fast and did the work just as they said they would. Miguel, Andre, Jennifer and their crews were amazing. They showed up on time and completed their work faster than I thought possible. We are so happy with the way our home looks! Company replaced my roof. Roofer failed to install a cricket on the chimney, which is causing ongoing leaking. They have come out multiple times and keep saying it's a chimney issue and not their problem. We have had multiple masons and roofers come out since then to inspect, and they all point out that a cricket was never installed to divert water, which is causing the leakage. We're concerned the ongoing leaking could be creating a mold risk, and we're considering taking action under breach of warranty at this point. Would... read more
