This is not somewhere I would go either. I heard the guy who owns it has a criminal record so how do you know he doesn't steal parts to fix your pc with? This place is shady report them to the BBB like I did.

:( I would rather go to staples to have my equipment fixed because at least then you know that it will be fixed the right way to your satisfaction.

The most honest ( I called at least a dozen repair shops). The best prices, best service I ever had, and the quickest.) Matt is the most honest individual I ever dealt with. He made my fix simple, fast, and inexpensive (really low prices). Other places tried to rip me off. Thank GOD for Matt though. He is not that kind of person. I would recommend him to anyone at any time.

I had the FBI virus in my computer and other I called other stores getting quotes between $150 to $300 to repair my laptop. Matt took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand him. He charged me $99 to remove the virus and clean out my laptop. He also included antivirus for 1 year. Not bad concidering antivirus is 60 alone if I bought it in another store. He had the laptop for 1 day, getting me back to work. Personal service, Honest information and reasonable pricing..... Brought in my desktop with what I thought was a drive problem. Matt took the time to properly diagnose the problem rather than just slap a new drive in and charge for it. Found an issue with motherboard and controller cable which had caused the problem. Worked with me on budgeting the repair and explained all of my options. Call Matt and he will tell you to bring it in. Does not snowball you with computer lingo you won't understand. Priced to fit your pocket. Don't hesitate to tell him what you can afford. Service is good, fast and you will get your monies worth after ou take the computer home.

Excellent prices and fantastic work. Everywhere else wanted 180 to 230 To fix my HP desktop. This place charged me 98.00 and had It done the next day. Also the guy who works there provided me with assistance On the phone with helping me install my printer when I got home. Highly recommended
