Well one thing I don't like is right after I leave office I have to wait like 30 min to have the meds in the system sent to Kroger and now it been a couple of hours and they still don't have my prescription, so had to call and after 20 min waiting- they said that they would leave msg for the nurse- I don't mean to be rude but these hives breakout are a killer and your med should be placed in the system as soon as possible
Wait times are often terrible. Almost never see the same doctor twice. And when I asked if I could still take my medication if I got pregnant I got told that we can discuss it when I got pregnant. Wait what? Why did I have to wait? Now here I am waiting to see the doctor to discuss my medication while I'm pregnant!

I've been going to legacy for 6 years now and adore my doc aka mary shepherd I would not go anywhere else
I have several health issues and looked for a new dr in Texas. The one I saw was the worst. He took me off over half my meds then gave me a med I'm allergic to! I told them I can't take Ace Inhibitors and he put me on Lisinopril! After I got sick because of it I couldn't get seen and it took a month to even get a call back! Staff and call center are extremely rude and not helpful. They make you wait 30 plus minutes on hold and disconnect. Smh....
Dr Thuy Nguyen.D.O. is the best!! Very sensitive and understanding and really cares for her patients. .just love her..today I find out she is leaving. .NO!! where are you going..
