Disappointment in these apartment complex The manager of these apartment complex is Ms. Mercy when ever she is in a bad mood she becomes very unprofessional. They wanna charge 20$ for you to reserve a parking spot you only get one if you have a one bedroom and if you have a second vehicle you need to find where you’re going to put it at and you get two spots if you have a two bedroom they also charge $40 if you want to park your vehicle under the sheet metal roof. A Place You’d Like To Call Home!!! The people in the office are the best, they’re so understanding and easy to work with! I have lived here for almost 2 years and I simply love it! I have everything I need a stone throw away! I have lived in several apartments and the people here genuinely care for the residents well being. The maintenance people are also great, they’re always very polite when dealing with us the residents. All in all, I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home at a reasonable price!

Not safe!! My boyfriend lives here, and there is no security!!! Was visiting him yesterday and in the span of 2 hours, came out to my car on blocks!! Someone stole 2 tires and rims. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! This is happening more and more often. Save yourself the aggravation and find a safe and secure place to live.
Terrible Place to Live, Looks Good Too many break ins and a couple of violent robberies in the past months. Pricey. Always towing cars for reasons foreign. Nice interior. Lazy management. Tired repair work. Basically bubble gumming things.
DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!! The apartment itself is okay. It's very affordable and easy to maintain. There's a slight roach problem but, that's not something raid or termix can't cure. Now just to be honest, the PARKING LOT FLOODS and YOUR CAR WILL BE UNDER WATER. There was recent large amount of car break ins in the complex and no one knows nothing. Again, nice place but bad area due to floods, and car break ins. Can't wait until my lease is up !!!
