Talk about an awful place. Sure you have the river right there which is nice but you have the worst staff possible that doesnt do anything. I had neighbors constantly complaining about how it used to be nice and it just went down the drain. I wasnt sure what to think of that until living there a while. My next door neighbor smoked enough weed for all of Canada. It came through the vents and while I had an allergy to any smoke called the complex to tell them about it... They did nothing. The prospect of living at a legendary Tulsa complex like the Legacy was thrilling, but once we moved in it was by far the worst experience I have had with renting. During construction our bedroom window was broken due to poor installation and left unrepaired during the winter months, our balcony was ripped out and replaced with a rust colored, unsafe rail and our ceiling broke under the weight of the construction to the roof. Ive lived here for a while now and I really love it. Its quiet, my apartment is really big compared to others that Ive looked at, and the people that live around me are nice. I am not sure what these other people are talking about, maybe unless they dealt with other people that worked here before. The people that work here now are all really great.
