I was a homeowner that paid HOA fees managed by this association. My experience has left me feeling as if this is a scam for the owner, Scott, to enrich himself from contracting with the HOA board. Scott and his team are the worst at answering any sort of question. He has called me ignorant for asking questions in the past and their way of answering anything is with rudeness or with no answer at all. I had a plumbing issue and was not aware of it as they knew I had a rental for over 3 months. I paid thousands of dollars for this issue because of their lack of transparency and communication. These guys are stuck in the 1990's. Won't do email, only phone calls or postal mail, don't have a website payment system, etc. They only take calls and there is no follow though with concerns (and no paper trail to prove you talked to them). Nothing ever seems to get dealt with properly.
