Tech did a very good job and very professional. He diagnosed the problem and fixed as best as he could. I would definitely recommend Legacy Appliance Repair to my friends and family.
The repair man was an excellent technician and very kid-friendly to my curious little ones who watched his work. This wasn't his first time in my house and I've found this a consistent experience.
Un-freaking-believable! I was going away for the weekend and my fridge just suddenly stopped running. I was devastated - it was full of food and I had no time or energy to deal with all of this. Legacy Appliance Repair came the same day (!!) and dealt with it instead of me - they found the source of the problem immediately (some electrical contact fell out) and fixed it. Great technician. Explained some usage issues no other service tech provided! Very knowledgeable and easty to communicate with. From a company perspective their rates were the best especially for multiple appliance repairs
