Saw the good reviews on citysearch and I called this company and told them I can't afford a new unit right now, but would love to have heat because it was very, very cold outside. I asked for a 8 am service call so I wouldn't have to miss work. The guy was there on time. He spent an hour repairing melted wires and other age-related damage and got the heat going again! And he only charged the $75 service charge! Needless to say I'm keeping their card handy.

My oven needed a new switch, and they had the right part with them. I will definitely call them again when I have a problem.

This business is a company that offers an amazing experience.Fantastic service from these guys. We're not shivering anymore. If you are sweating or shivering because your HVAC hardware isn't cooperating, call them. ?You can thank me later.

My gas furnace went out so I contacted this repair company. They came out and fixed the problem pretty quick. Tech was also very informative and helpful. I would definitely use their services again!

So my husband who just started to learn how to do his own laundry overpacked the washer one night and the washer stalls , then just doesn't drain at all. Worse thing is that we knew this would happen because it always does. Our next door neighbor gave us this number to the maintenance service so we dialed them first thing in the morning. I've been using Legacy Appliance Repair for years and years. They are always there to answer the phone, they are always on time when they tell me they are going to be there, and they are always finding a way to do what needs to be done in the least expensive way. Even if I need a new washing machine, they do their best to find a way to fix it, and if they can't they are able to explain why I need a new one.

I was very happy with this company. I had a nice man come to my house and fix my refrigerator. He was on time, had a pleasant smile on his face, and knew exactly what was wrong with my fridge. He not only fixed it on the spot, but he gave me an excellent price. I would absolutely call Legacy Appliance Repair again without a doubt.

Very prompt. I enjoyed the man who came out and he was polite. The charge was reasonable. I only have good things to say about them.
