I just want potential renters to be aware. This complex will charge OUTRAGEOUS fees upon move out. They will go so far as to move furniture in so that they can charge a trash fee. Please take this as you will, but take lots of pictures during move in and move out so that this doesnt happen to you. I would also have to mention the ongoing drug abuse issues that are ongoing on this property that the management does nothing about.

We always provide residents with a Move Out Charges Sheet when residents turn in their Notice to Vacate in order to do our best, in avoiding unhappy customers. My husband and I used to live here together and two months before the lease was up, somebody broke into the nightly drop box and stole approximately 30 money orders that were supposed to be for rent for the tenants. Time passes and we get a notification that the rent hasn’t been paid so we go to the office and run into approx. five others who said the same thing happened to them and their friends who live there. Horrible property Manager Kathy Romo!! After 2 weeks of application process, and before being rudely hung up on, was informed she can’t help us get our son an apartment because we are self employed! So if you are self employed don’t go here for apartment they will NOT help you. Offered tons of proof of income including IRS tax returns (she had ask what that was). Very bad apartment! Bad service! Choose when to consider carefully!
This has been an awful experience for my husband and I. My brother’s girlfriend warned me about this place and I wish I had listened . Staff is incredibly rude and I have heard from many they charge you for everything when you leave. Noise level here is unbearable . Picture frames shake on my wall from the neighbors upstairs and management does absolutely nothing to fix it. We have expressed our concerns and they do absolutely nothing about it . My apartment is nice, nice kitchen, spacious, great bathroom, etc. but, the complex as a whole is AWFUL. Picture in comments.
