I had a scheduled apartment tour, but the experience was extremely disappointing. I arrived on time and waited outside, but nobody let me into the building. I called the leasing office multiple times, and no one answered. I also used the buzzer to contact the leasing office, but there was no response whatsoever. There were no clear instructions on how to reach the leasing office or where to go upon arrival. I wish I was not writing this review right now, but the management company who owns these apartments needs to be held accountable. For 'luxury' apartments where you are spending $2k+ per month for a one bedroom apartment, you would expect there to be honor in providing high-quality appliances. From Day 1 of moving in (January 2025), I have had consistent issues with the refrigerator and the washer/dryer combo unit. Just moved in and we are loving it so far. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped, management is prompt to respond to inquiries about the various administrivia that comes up during a move in and Alexandra, the manager is clearly interested in fostering good community in the space as evidenced by the sunset pizza party hosted on the terrace last week.
I love living here !!! The area is great the schools are great and the building really cares about the community , we just did a community event with wood fire pizza is was so fun to meet my neighbors and eat yummy pizza hope they do more !!!
We just moved to Legacy and LOVE our new community! Tonight was Legacy’s rooftop mingle with delicious wood fired pizza from Los Angeles Pizzeria Co! We felt very welcome by the manager, Alexandra and our many amazing neighbors! The 4th floor community space has a fantastic view of the sunset too which added to the warm summer vibes! Feeling like home already!
