My Wife and I are under contract on a home we hope to make a dream house to raise our kids and I have to say Darrell and Left Coast inspections have been amazing. Darrell spent almost an entire day inspecting every little detail of the house, he found multiple little issues and multiple major issues all which were clearly labeled and photographed in a very detailed report. The entire company is competent plus. From arranging the inspection, through reporting. Darrell is outstanding. His inspection was exhaustive and his report was outstanding. Plus he will work with you if you have questions or need assistance. BEST EVER. The only home inspection company you will ever need.

We hired Darrell of Left Coast Inspections for the inspection on a home we were purchasing and could not have been more pleased. The report is very thorough, Darrell walked through the entire house with us to show us everything he inspected, and has made himself available to answer our questions. The work product was excellent and provided us ample peace of mind on our purchase.

Great experience using this company, I recently needed a home inspection on a house I’m purchasing and my inspection was professional and thorough and felt I was very informed at the end of inspection with all my questions answered. Would highly recommend.

100% satisfied! Darrell was very thorough and precise with his physical inspection of the property both inside and out. He was also very courteous, friendly, approachable and he had good attention to detail. Upon completion of the inspection Darrell took us through each room and explained in layman terms certain items that needed to be brought to code immediately as well as other details that would need attention down the road.
