TCM lasted less than 5k miles. Tried to give me a TON of excuses as to why it went out. Then wanted another $400 for another TCM. Give me a break. Stay FAR away from this guy. My trans builder warned me before I bought that kit but I had heard good from a few people. Now I know.
Can't say enough what a great job these guys did on my '08 TBSS. Both times I took the truck there it had some unusual issues that were difficult to diagnose, and both times they got it figured out in timely fashion, did a thorough job, communicated with me along the way, and even met me on the weekend to drop off and pick it up.
My family calls on Todd for help all the time and have been for years, we trust and love him :)
