We waited over two hours after our appointment to be seen. loeffler was incredibly rude to me and showed no compassion or kindness to my son. I will never trust him again.
He rushed through our appointment with my 1 year old. He didn't see his crossed eye, which was very noticeable. I went to another doctor for a 2nd opinion since I was not comfortable with Leffler's opinion. The second doctor quickly noticed what my husband, family members, and myself had noticed about my son's crossed eye. Luckily the waste of time didn't make his eye worse since we got the 2nd opinion quickly. Big waste of time and money taking him to Dr. Leffler.
Dr. Leffler was great while my baby was in the NICU, and our follow up visits have been very efficient and professional. He is great about giving me information and answering all my questions!
I waited with my toddler and newborn for over an hour and a half and then when I said something, instead of being apologetic they acted like I was being irrational. That was our second visit. On the first visit we waited for over an hour. He didn't tell me anything we was looking for in my baby, and just kept wanting to schedule more and more appointments even though he never found any problems ever. Never go to this doctor
I cannot recommend Dr.Leffler enough. He is by far one of the most attentive and caring physicians that I have met. My youngest son has had two surgeries under Dr. Leffler, and I knew that he was in the best of hands. Not only did he do a great job, he was there at every question we had day or night, personally invested in the well being of our child. His office staff is also amazing. Scheduling is always easy and we are always welcomed with warmth and care.
Wonderful doctor. Explained everything thoroughly. All questions were answered. Great office staff. Surgery went smoothly and even the hospital for the surgery was wonderful. Wait time to be seen in the office is a little long but was compensated by all the positives.
Dr Leffler is v knowledgeable but they always book multiple people at the same time. I literally have to take 1/2 day off for an appointment with Dr Leffler.
Excellent experience with Dr. Leffler. His nurse and staff were so great and sweet with my 3 year old. Dr. Leffler was patient and knowledgable.
