My nails looked nothing like the picture. I am ok with someone not being anle to do with a particular design but say so rsther than making a mess. Looks kike my nails were dine by a child. I specifically asked for someone good with design and showedd the design before starting. If this was nit achievable, then communicste that rather than making a mess and charging me. I can’t speak to the quality of the services since I haven’t been here in years, but I stopped by today with my daughter for a walk-in gel manicure and pedicure based on some great reviews I’d heard. When we arrived, the man at the front confirmed they accepted walk-ins and told us to pick a color, which we did. After sitting and waiting for 30 minutes with no update, I asked when my daughter would be seen. He went to check, then came back and said it would be another 15 minutes. I went here for a pedicure and I asked if there was anything they could do for my peeling finger nails. I was talked into doing a dip with gel polish, and I decided to get cat eye polish. First off they are completely CLUELESS on how to use this polish. They do not know how to use the magnet to properly pull the metallic polish into position, resulting in my nails being uneven with some redder and some darker than the others.
