From the owner Michelle to every nail technician this salon is Amazing!!! My personal nail tech is Ali her nail technique is amazing from shaping to her amazing nail art. I have been a customer for over 15 years.
They have one good nail tech that I go to who does pretty designs, I have gone 3 times at this point and every time the price goes up more and more, it’s outrageous !! The man who sits at the front desk (not sure if he’s the owner/boss) just comes up with these prices once it’s time to pay and he looks at your nails. $45 for a simple gel pedicure ??? That’s why the place is always empty, I most definitely will not be returning.
My nails looked nothing like the picture. I am ok with someone not being anle to do with a particular design but say so rsther than making a mess. Looks kike my nails were dine by a child. I specifically asked for someone good with design and showedd the design before starting. If this was nit achievable, then communicste that rather than making a mess and charging me. I can’t speak to the quality of the services since I haven’t been here in years, but I stopped by today with my daughter for a walk-in gel manicure and pedicure based on some great reviews I’d heard. When we arrived, the man at the front confirmed they accepted walk-ins and told us to pick a color, which we did. After sitting and waiting for 30 minutes with no update, I asked when my daughter would be seen. He went to check, then came back and said it would be another 15 minutes.
