Staff was excellent. Care was excellent - quick and very gentle with my cat and I. Much better treatment than I had experienced with a different specialist treatment center several years ago with a different pet.
Dr. Justin is very knowledgeable and seems to really care about my pets. I especially like that he is well read and relies on Dr. Linda Tintle for all things Shar-Pei.
My husband and I can't thank you enough. Dr. Miller is amazing and saved Faithe's life. Natasha was absolutely wonderful as well. Thank you so much for everything you've done.
WOW! Just can't say enough positive about the staff!! So very caring and friendly! Dr. Reese when we checked in to ER, explained the process and answered all of my questions. The Techs in the back who made Peaches comfortable I knew she was in Great Care when I left her that night. And Dr. Miller very professional and compassionate. She had to give me the worst news possible and yet I knew in her heart there was nothing she could do...cancer had finally won. I sincerely thank each and everyone.
My dog, Libby, really liked Dr. Justin and he spent time just rubbing her ears and putting her at ease. He made what could have been a really stressful appointment for our newly adopted dog that much easier.
LVIM understands what parents of furry children need. Very impressed with the efficiency, comfort, cleanliness and caring attitudes of the entire staff. I appreciated Dr. Miller's honest and kind responses to my numerous questions and felt confident of her competence.
All of the staff are so friendly, caring and understanding. The techs are so sweet with our girl Kadi and Dr. Justin is just amazing - knowledgable, compassionate and understanding. He really "gets" Kadi and we know she's in great hands there.
All of the staff are compassionate and friendly. They always remember your name and details of your pet.
