The salesman "Joe" was very nice. The price of the vehicle they were selling was reasonably priced too. After test driving the vehicle I noticed the motor on the vehicle smelled like it was running hot. The antifreeze coolant was running low when I checked it during the test drive, however the gauge read normal. I really liked Joe's personality and how down to earth he was. they were helpful only after they knew we were actually going to buy. before that, the man paid little attention and didnt even consider any price reductions or bargains.
I highly recommend Leesburg Auto Finance. It is a small, family- owned business. Nice, honest people. There are no dealer fees, period. Just the price of the car and the tax, title and registration fees you pay to the DMV. And their cars come with a 30-day, 1000 mile warranty at no extra cost. When I bought my car there they said, "Welcome to the Family." I even acquired a new mechanic there, which I had been looking for because I had issues with my previous one. No replys to emails with questions about vehicle I was interested in.
Emailed back quick, but not much of a personal touch. It was about a 2 word answer that vehicle was still available and that is about it.
