Dealer got back with me about my inquiry and was pleasant on the phone- he answered my questions and told me more about the car however, I ended up not purchasing vehicle because it wasn't the right car for me.
They responded very quick. Very professional and helpful with my questions. We bought a Jeep and saved thousands. This was one of there repaired wranglers. No pressure what so ever. Definitely the way to go for my family. Thanks to Paul!
I could not purchase a camry that they were selling on the day I looked at it because the banks were closed and I couldn't get any money. I expressed interest and said I would be back in 2 days with money to purchase the vehicle. In these 2 days they sold it to someone else. they would not let me put down a deposit with the money i did have. they do not care about their customers, all they care about it selling their cars as fast as possible. they don't care about you.

The internet response was great and prompt, however the sales people & the internet people need to talk to one another. Before I could get there later that same afternoon( around 2:00 PM ) I was told the truck was sold to a Dealer from Louisiana over the phone. From what I could determine the truck was exactly what I had been looking for. The only response I got from the sales person was, well you never corresponded with me.
Dealer responded rudely. As interested as I was in the vehicle, I didn't bother to make the trip. Treat me like a valued customer if you want my business!
DO NOT buy from this dealership! I would give them 0 stars if they made that an option. One of the shadiest experiences EVER dealing with Paul, the salesman or the manager depending on what day you ask. I came with my uncle to test drive the Nissan Quest, and had spoken with Paul a few times by email regarding coming as well as not having good credit and I didn't want to be jerked around and wanted the straight up legit pricing as we had just come from ANOTHER crappy dealership and I was exhausted of these crappy VA dealersh... read more
