The person at the front desk is most unfriendly and puts a cloud over the salon in person and on the phone. I wonder if the owner understands how important first impression is in retail. Unfortunately, some of the technicians do not speak nor understand English as well as they should. I had to ask 4 times to have my cuticles done....

Had a good experience here and I like my nails! This is the first time I've gotten them done and the man who did them did good (I think his name was Henry 🤷‍♀️). Me and my cousin enjoyed the pedicure (Sonny did mine and did great)

My nails are murky / cloudy. My french tips were done by painting the top half of my nails white then wiping away with acetone, none are a consistent shape. The size and shape of my nails also varies. For 140$ (and my upcoming engagement photos) I am disappointed.

$25 just to get my dip nails off and she didn’t even shape my nails. The most absurd price I’ve ever heard of at a nail salon. A manicure is the same price????!!! She also took forever. I never write reviews but I needed to warn people about this. Never going here again. Absolutely ridiculous.

I usually go to this place frequently, today the person I get my nails done with was not available and I decided to try someone else and this was the result. Horrible experience the nails are not square, my cuticle is not clean and I have product still underneath my nails and fingers, these pictures were 10 minutes after finishing the service, totally disappointed. I give it one star because it is not possible to place zero.
