Receptionist is cold and rude. No greeting. Immediately asked “What do you want done” and upon leaving no “thank you”. We were celebrating a birthday and 4 of us had a mix of nails/pedicures. After paying I was told “You're all set”…. Rude. The nail technicians were nice, efficient, and all 4 of our nails were lovely, but what a terrible face for the business.
The prices are more than advertised online, which sucks but luckily I was prepared. What I wasnt prepared for was for my toenails to be cut insanely short to the point that they dont look as good as you'd hope for the price, not to mention it hurting. I discovered when I was home that I was bleeding pretty bad. I will likely go to another salon in the future.
Nice place, lady at front desk very nice. My nail tech... no creativity, made my cuticle bleed and didnt say anything. Used a STICKER on my nail. No creativity,but shape and length perfect. So if you are looking for solid color youll be fine. Pic of inspo and finished product.
