Monumental failure. They did not show up for weeks at a time, did very mediocre work when they did show up, and were generally non-responsive to emails and phone calls over a 3-month period. I'm currently in the process of dealing directly with PayPal to get reimbursed for the services they did not complete and refused to refund. By the way, "swaine tatum" conveniently shares the same last name as one of the employees of this small company.
Great service.
I have had these guys as my pool cleaners for about 7 months now and I have never had any problems with them. They make owning a pool as easy as jumping in. I don't have to worry about chemicals or cleaning the pool so I am one satisfied customer. They send me a digital copy of services completed to my email and make sure someone is there to clean my pool every Wednesday. Thanks guys for the great work and keep it up!!
