Verified Renter It’s peaceful and relaxing here. My dog is in love with the dog park and I love that she has a space to run around and play, just steps from my apartment building.

Verified Renter For the most part, I like it here but the caliber of residents has gone down. I now continuously have strong pot smell outside my door. Sometimes getting maintenance done is challenging.

Verified Renter Quiet grounds and well kept apartments. Definitely a good place to stay. With new Publix grocery store shopping center addition being so close it only made staying here even better. With the piece of mind you'll have, it's definitely worth it.

Verified Renter Very quiet most day, very peaceful. Only thing I don’t like is hearing my neighbors. They could hear me or I could hear them. But other than that, the leasing office is VERY nice, very respectful, and explain everything very well.
