Verified Renter The community offers cute events and hosts treats for residents occasionally, like hot chocolate during the winter months and holiday decor competitions with cash prizes etc. The staff is friendly and supportive as long as you are friendly with them as well, as I've seen some reviews reporting rude staff but as far as I've seen they've been very nice as long as your understanding and calm. Verified Renter Management is doing a great job. I’ve notice lately them upgrading the gym and putting in keyless locks at gym and laundry area. Everyone is super friendly and help.

Verified Renter The Staff is friendly, maintenance responds quickly but I hate that our rent increases with no improvements being made to the apartments and the rule of you can’t have any pets(including fish) unless it’s a cat or dog
