I had been before and was impressed but took pearls in to be restrung. Shocking 250.00 bill. Took beads to Sass and they only charged 45.00. Won't be back

This is an awesome family store. I highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs. I've known them for years.
Asked their jewelry designer to take my mother's diamond ring and my diamond and turn them into one new diamond ring I would wear - present from my husband after our 25th anniversary and my mother's death. The new ring is beautiful and means so much to me. The designer understood this and put a lot of effort into this work while the other staff - including one of their owners - were very pleasant and easy to work with.
We just purchased my 10yr anniversary band and garnet ring and by far the best customer service ever. Thank you so much
